Giggly Sprout and Gumbo Wobbly have impeccable
taste in their formal attire. Thus, hundreds of hours go into the
making of these costumes. Specific cultural and universal themes
are explored in each costume creating a world of stories filled
with meaning. Since the clown tradition borrows from every culture
in the world, so too do Living Folklore Costumes. China Silk, hand-dyed
velvet, batik, sequins, and tiny glass seed-beads adorn every inch
from head to toe. Wild Creations!

"Air,
Water, Fire, Earth. Creation/Destruction; Death/Birth; Sun/Moon;
Male/Female. this is how beads tell the tale. Weaving A Rainbow
through storm clouds, remembering The Magicians, Medicine Keepers,
and Story Tellers. It's in the cards, it's in our bones. Rising
from the ashes and falling from the sky. Love makes flowers from
the tears clouds cry." -Giggly Sprout and Gumbo Wobbly
